MY HOW – During my 6-week Mindful Nourishment Course, you will discover who you are, who you want to be and how to move towards that person. You will develop skills to overcome obstacles in your life keeping you from being the best you can be.
If it’s 1-on1 you prefer, during deep conversations and guided practices, we discover the blockage holding you back from achieving your goals. We devise an action plan to get through, around, or over those blockages to move you towards your goals.

I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. I help you take control of your of your body by developing skills to progress you towards the healthier balanced life you deserve.
MY BACKGROUND – I’m passionate about working with people who want to find balance in their life, taking into consideration where they feel they need guidance in the eight core areas; career, health, personal development, relationships, romance, money, fun, and physical environment. I’ve been active all my life, but that doesn’t always mean I’ve been healthy.
ATHLETIC SUCCESSES – Australian Ninja Warrior 2017 series. Crossfit Games team member in 2011. Numerous running race from 4km to ultra-marathon including a 3:00:49 marathon in 2005. Completed two half ironman triathlon races 2002 and 2004. Four-time All-American wrestler 1993, 1994, 1995, & 1996 and two-time National Champion wrestler 1994 & 1995.
In all of these activities, I had great coaches guiding me along the way to my success. Without their guidance, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve most of my goals. I now lead a more balanced life not so focused just on athletic endeavours, but maintain my fitness level and nourishing habits.

Scott’s workshops are informative and I like that he doesn’t preach about certain diets. Rather, he assists you in understanding our mindset towards food and the effect it can have on your body.
