I challenge you to make some time for yourself!
 
More than a week into my yoga practice in the morning and I am feeling less tightness in my lower back and hips. I still need work on the tight muscles in my lower back, but it feels great to get up each morning and take a bit of time for myself with some gratefulness and then some movement.
 
All together it takes less than 10 minutes and the deep breathing while doing yoga makes me feel exhilarated for the day to come.
 
I don’t want to bore you with the whole routine, but here’s a clip of part of my practice.
