Then 15 sec lt foot up, 15 sec rt foot up, 15 sec normal, 15 sec lt foot up, 15 sec rt foot up, 15 sec normal, 10 sec lf hand and rt foot up, 10 sec rt hand and lt foot up, and last 10 sec normal to finish up.
